Connect Claude in a minute

Add one URL, sign in, and choose the organisation Claude can read.

    Add a custom connector

    In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it for everyone first.

    Paste the server URL

    Name it Eventdash and paste this URL.

    Sign in and choose an organisation

    The first time Claude connects, it opens Eventdash. Sign in and pick the organisation Claude can read.

Do I need an Eventdash account?

Yes. Claude reads the data Eventdash syncs from your ticketing platforms, so you'll sign in the first time it connects. Every plan includes it, and so does the 14-day free trial.

Can Claude change anything in Eventdash?

No. Every tool it gets only reads, so it can't edit your events, dashboards or automations, or touch your ticketing platform.

Which organisation can it see?

Only the one you choose when you connect, and only for as long as you're a member of it.

What does Claude get to see?

The results of the queries it runs, such as ticket counts and revenue by event, and buyers' names or email addresses if you ask about them. Claude handles them under your agreement with Anthropic, as it does the rest of your conversation.

How do I disconnect it?

In Eventdash, open Integrations, then AI assistants, and disconnect Claude. It loses access straight away.

Which Claude plans work?

Any that supports MCP connectors. Check that your Claude plan lets you add custom connectors.
