Reports questions

Anything we have not covered, the team is one email away.

Email us
Does the person I share with need an Eventdash account?

No. They get their own link by email and a 6-digit code to open it, and they see only the report you shared.

Do the numbers in a report stay up to date?

Yes. Charts and tables in a report are live, so whoever opens it sees the latest numbers from your ticketing platforms.

Can I export a report?

Yes. Export any report as a PDF to attach to an email or bring to a meeting.

Can I take a link back?

Yes. Set when a link expires, or remove someone's access and their link stops opening the report.

What does it cost?

Every plan includes it, from $15 a month after a 14-day free trial. The pricing page sets out what each plan adds.
